Making the Greens for the Greens Sale

                 December 3 & 4, 2018

Following several days of preparation and setup, the Seaford Spade & Trowel Garden Club members gathered at the "Cheer Starz Center" right outside of Seaford to prepare the products which were sold during their fundraising event.  Over 200 pieces were sold and needed to be created.  Items ranged from single candle centerpieces to various types of wreaths, swags, and grave mounds.  Also for sale was a new item "Mugs of Cheer" an idea of Sandy Blackwell and Mary Noel.

So on December 3rd and 4th, 2018, club members created the items while having fun, fellowship and a catered lunch served by club members.  As you can tell from some of the pictures members got a bit "goofy" after hours of greens preparation.

The following day the club decorated the Governor Ross Mansion and Christmas tree at the Ross Plantation for the annual Victorian Christmas weekend.

(Apologies that more pictures weren't taken but everyone was busy working!)
