                                          The Spade & Trowel 2019 Picnic

At the picnic the officers for 2019 were installed by DFGC president, Connie Raymond, and awards were given to club members for horticulture, and design.  Awards were presented by Sandi Dew, horticulture and Carol Owens, design.  In addition Joanne Whalon was presented with a card and gift and best wishes from the group as she leaves Seaford for Lancaster County, PA.  Joanne was a very active member of the club and served as secretary for many years.
