            The Seaford Spade & Trowel Garden Club's 2017 Christmas Party

​

was held at the Heritage Shores Country Club in Bridgeville, DE, on December 14, 2017.  It was a time for the members to "party" following the greens sale fundraiser and the other events which took place during the calendar year.  In addition to enjoying a lovely "Delmarvelous" lunch the club members brought canned goods to be donated to the Seaford Food Pantry.  In addition the club took time to honor 10 of its longest members:  (Pictured from left to right) Vickie Thompson, Margaret Alexander, Betty Jean Johnson, Mariellen Leonhartt, Faith Ewen, Mary Mahan and Madlyn McPartland.  (Not Pictured) Ruth McManus, Ada Blazier and the club's oldest member, Betty Gast who joined in 1961.  (Photo by Candee Logan)
